Park Ridge - Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Although I did have to wait about 20 min for my pizza to be ready, I really enjoyed the pizza. I did not have much experience with Chicago style pizza but this pizza was better prepared than the one I had at Giordano's a couple nights ago. Saucy and tasty, cheese melted correctly and crust was cooked good. Price is a little bit more than what I am used to paying for pizza but it's worth it. They did not have an area where I could sit and eat it, but I went to sit on the benches outside to enjoy it white it was hot.

Today my family and I ordered pizza for over 10 grown adults. We placed an order at 6:37. We did not get our food until 8:10. A door dash driver delivered it even though we ordered off of the Lou’s website. And when we got the food it was the wrong order. Not only was I frustrated because it took too long, but also because the website said 45 min delivery which was obviously not the case. The third party driver was not to blame. The restaurant gave him the wrong order. You give him pizza and he delivers it and it’s wrong that’s on THE RESTAURANT. No matter what excuses they want to give ( they even labeled the box and it was still the wrong pizza). 75$ worth of pizza to get the wrong order. The manager Enrique, was rude and wouldn’t bring us another pizza in a timely matter. He refunded us the money, but yet I’m sitting in a house with hungry ppl so that doesn’t solve my problem. And the pizza they did give us was totally over done and burnt. Terrible customer service. Don’t let them tell you this is A TYPICAL. Because the low reviews say otherwise. I will never order from here again. Totally a waste of money and time.

Save your time and money and skip the Park Ridge location - just go to Lincolnwood. We ordered a pizza from here on Friday for delivery. It came with the ingredients slid halfway across - my husband called the driver back so they could just take it back and we could get a refund. Driver literally told us "to slide the ingredients back" and was rude about it. I called the store and talked to a exceptionally rude employee who basically told me that "they had to see the pizza first in order to refund me" and then told me I was impatient. Not once did he apologize or offer to get a mgr. He jsut kept arguing with me. I finally just hung up on him and then called back and asked for the mgr who was professional & did just refund me without an issue. Avoid this location, just go to Lincolnwood. The pizza is definitely better quality & the customer service there is top notch.

I've always considered pizza a favorite food. Be ready for the heavy cheese to take your taste buds for a ride. Absolutely amazing pizza that stopped me in my tracks. There isn't indoor dining but the restaurant nextdoor )Don Juan's Cantina) let me sit at the bar and eat my pizza while enjoying an absolutely refreshing strawberry mojito. Highly recommend this pizza place and the adjacent restaurant.
